Position Overview :

As a Security Guard at our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and assets. Your primary duties will include monitoring surveillance systems, conducting regular patrols of the facility, and responding to security incidents as needed. This position requires a vigilant, professional individual who can uphold the integrity of our security protocols while maintaining a calm demeanor in any situation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and operate surveillance equipment to ensure the security of the facility.
• Perform regular patrols of the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, or other security breaches.
• Control access to the facility by verifying identification and issuing visitor passes.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or security threats, coordinating with management and local authorities as needed.
• Document all security activities, incidents, and daily reports in compliance with company protocols.
• Assist with emergency procedures, including evacuation, fire safety, and first aid as necessary.
• Enforce company policies and maintain a visible presence to deter any suspicious or unauthorized activity.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred (2-3 years).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with employees, visitors, and management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Security Guard certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
