Now? They’re hiring a hands-on SDR Lead to lay the foundation for the entire outbound motion.

You’ll be the first sales hire focused on leading the outbound — one BDR is already in place , ready for guidance, and another six will be hired soon.

• Build the engine — Own the outbound strategy: messaging, processes, tools, and pipeline generation.
• Lead from the front — Roll up your sleeves early on, coach the current BDR, then scale a high-performing team around you.
• Shape the future — Collaborate closely with founders and GTM leadership to define the playbook and carve your path to sales leadership.

🧠 You’ll Thrive Here If You:

• Love the SDR game and have closing experience as an AE but prefer to coach and lead.
• Have 2–5 years of outbound SaaS sales success and a track record of exceeding quotas.
• Know how to hire, train, test, and scale repeatable outbound systems.
• Are eager to own your craft—and build a legacy, not just a pipeline.
