Sales Manager

Response and Dark Web startup.

Remote based, or Hybrid, Chicago (depending on candidate.)

$120,000 - $180,000 basic salary +10%-15% commission.

A new Sales Manager position with a fast-growing response and dark web intel firm.

My client have a unique platform that can really help organizations fight back against threat actors.

By helping companies to prepare for cyber attackers and respond to ransomware this startup make s positive impact to organizations during a real time of need.

This is a new sales role, selling the offering to the channel and winning partnerships.

We need someone who understands the Incident Response, Ransomware and dark web space and wants to partner with a company that can help fight back and really assist companies during a difficult and stressful time.

You will have sold the same or similar before and know how the channel sales structure works.

With unique technology and a cutting-edge way of getting ahead of threat actors this brand is already established and recognized… now is the time to grow.

Successes for this company include several thousand threat actor engagements and outcome driven partnerships with law enforcement. They make a real difference and fight back!

The Role:

This is a sales management position focused on selling into the channel and creating channel partnership.

You will be prospecting, building pipeline, closing sales leads and creating sales strategies.

MDR/XDR experience is essential for this hire to achieve channel-focused growth.

You will work closely with partners of the business to achieve revenue targets and be a focal point of the growth plans.

The day to day will include:

  • Building and developing sales partners,
  • Growing partnerships to achieve revenue targets.
  • Convert leads.
  • Network to promote the brand.
  • Design and implement a forward-thinking sales strategy.
  • Being in tune with an up to date with industry changes, news, insights and market intelligence.

Background Needed:

  • Clear success in enterprise sales and partnership management.
  • New Partnership wins, Channel success.
  • Ability to produce $750,000 to $1M per annum in new business from year 1.
  • MDR/XDR experience for channel-focused growth.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain strong, productive relationships with leads and partners.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Successful consultative selling experience.
