We are seeking a candidate with very specific qualifications for the RF Engineer Net Systems Performance - III role in Alpharetta, GA , with a focus on Ericsson design experience and Verizon past experience . Here's a detailed breakdown based on the information you've provided:

Job Overview:

• Location: Alpharetta, GA
• Shift: 8-hour shifts

Required Experience & Skills:

• Targeted Experience: 5-7 years of experience
• Essential Experience:

1. Ericsson Design Experience – Must have recent hands-on experience with Ericsson systems, as this is crucial for the role.
2. Verizon Past Experience – Candidate must have prior experience working with Verizon.
3. RF Design & Optimization: Must have experience in RF design, especially using ATOLL .
4. Knowledge of 5G & LTE/VoLTE – Experience in the design and optimization of 5G and LTE/VoLTE networks.
5. Model Tuning – Experience with model tuning for network optimization.
6. Technical Skills:

• SQL or VB Scripting
• Advanced Excel , including the creation of VB macros and worksheet manipulation.

1. RFDS Creation – Experience in creating RF Design Specifications (RFDS) using ATOLL .
2. Fuze, NPP, and General Design Knowledge – Familiarity with these tools and general RF design principles.

Desired Skills:

• Design & Optimization Experience (3-5 years) with Ericsson market experience .
