Job Description

We are on the lookout for a new agent to join our dynamic team. As a family-owned agency, we pride ourselves on delivering highly personalized and tailored travel experiences. In this role, you'll collaborate with a diverse range of vendors to craft unforgettable vacations, including theme park adventures, romantic honeymoons, destination weddings, bachelorette parties, cruises, all-inclusive resorts, and more. Your primary objective will be to ensure that every vacation is seamless and enjoyable for our clients. We're seeking an individual who excels in customer service, possesses strong communication and organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Research destinations and travel needs, including pricing, customs, weather, reviews, and more.
Assess client requirements and recommend appropriate travel packages and services.
Manage all aspects of travel arrangements from start to finish.
Provide clients with relevant information and travel materials.
Handle deposits and manage client payments.
Develop promotional materials and employ marketing strategies to sell itineraries and tour packages.
Address unexpected issues and determine eligibility for credits or refunds.
Maintain relationships with key contacts.
Keep accurate financial records and documents.
Seek guidance when necessary.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
Strong sales skills with a customer-centric approach.
Knowledgeable in various travel areas (domestic, international, business, holidays, groups, individual, etc.).
Effective presentation, persuasion, and communication skills.
Capable of managing crises effectively.
