LHH is hiring a Remote Part Time Call Center Representative for a growing organization! The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about available services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer high-volume incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about available services.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
• Document and update customer records in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a high-volume Call Center environment.
• Must be able to provide your own laptop.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
