Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated **Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Consultant** to join our team, responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment across various sectors such as light industrial, aviation, automotive, and administrative roles. If you have a passion for sourcing top talent and building lasting relationships, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with clients, hiring managers, and team members to grasp position requirements.

- Cultivate strong candidate relationships to meet staffing objectives effectively.

- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques including job ads, career fairs, and online events.

- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure quality placements.

- Manage employment offers and communicate essential details to candidates.

- Maintain candidate and hiring manager feedback loops for assignment progress.

- Oversee CRM activities and maintain accurate personnel records.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and employment laws.

- Coordinate background checks for badging and security purposes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Motivated, detail oriented, results driven, and problem solving mentality.
  • Strong recruiting and interviewing skills.
  • Strong knowledge job boards (Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc…)
  • Phone, Teams, and online meeting platform skills
  • Must possess clear decision making capabilities and display a strong work ethic; must always demonstrate high-level of integrity and practice honest decision making.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and work effectively and accurately in a high-pressure environment with multiple demands, objectives, and deadlines.
  • Exhibits working knowledge of relevant employment laws and standard recruiting etiquettes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; personable, positive and courteous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong experience with databases, ATS, HRIS, and CRMS.
  • Professionalism, organization, and project management skills

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule with some nights and weekends required.

Education, Experience, Licensing/Certification Requirements:

  • Education, Experience, Licensing/Certification Requirements:
  • 2+ years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment.
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus
