Position: Receptionist (Temp)

Hourly Rate: $20/hr
Location: Irvine

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

• Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and provide general information.

• Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

• Perform general administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.

• Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred but not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
