Job Description

Receptionist

This position is 100% onsite

This is a CONTRACT role with potential of extension

Position overview

• To handle all inquiries made at the company's headquarters front desk while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all employees and guests of the Experience center.

• Provide primary phone coverage for the main telephone line for the operation. Please note this is not the main 1-800- call center line.

• Act as a Porsche Brand ambassador for all visitors exuding Passion and work to assist with all guest service areas of the Experience center.

Roles & responsibilities

• Answer the phones for the company's main switchboard. Transfer phone calls to the appropriate parties.

• Assist with customer questions/concerns as needed, documenting all customer complaints in the C@P system (Internal tracking system)

• Provide a warm welcome to all employees and guests ensuring their needs are met and their experience is representative of our brand standards

• Assist with inquiries at the front desk including but not limited to, arranging transportation, storing luggage, providing directions, and engaging employees when needed

• Coordinate with Security team in granting access to guests and providing guest passes as needed

• Coordinate and assist facilities team with addressing Experience center common area office needs and inputting repair orders into service request system

• Assist Experience center and Customer Relations team with project work as necessary

• Provide occasional facility tours for guests and VIP’s

• Escort guests through facility

Qualifications

Required qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or higher

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or related role

• Some automotive knowledge a plus

• Outgoing and charismatic personality

• Warm welcoming and empathetic demeanor

• Phone system and intermediate knowledge of MS-Windows computers and MS-Office applications

• Ability to multitask

• Customer Service oriented

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to occasionally move equipment, boxes and luggage weighing up 40 lbs

Preferred qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or higher

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or related role

• Some automotive knowledge a plus

• Outgoing and charismatic personality

• Warm welcoming empathetic demeanor

• Ability to multitask

• Strong organizational skills
