Receptionist & Workplace Experience Associate

What You’ll Do:
Reception & Front Desk Duties
Served as the first point of contact for employees and guests, greeted visitors, answered calls, and responded to inquiries.
Manage visitor check-ins, issue badges, and coordinate building access.
Oversee conference room reservations and ensure meeting spaces are clean, well-stocked, and ready to go.
Hospitality & Office Support
Assist with coordinating office catering and lunches—placing orders, setting up, and handling cleanup.
Keep shared areas like the kitchen, lounge, and wellness room organized and stocked with snacks and supplies.
Help plan and support internal events, including celebrations, town halls, and firm-wide meetings.
Administrative Support
Provide light administrative assistance to internal teams, including scheduling help, document organization, and internal communications.
Tracked and ordered office supplies, monitored inventory, and stayed within budget.
Support invoice processing and liaise with vendors when needed.
Mailroom & Print Assistance
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Prepare outgoing mail and shipments (FedEx, USPS, and courier services).
Provide light support for print and binding needs; assist with basic troubleshooting on office equipment.
What You Bring:

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
A service-oriented attitude and comfort supporting a wide variety of tasks.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
Prior experience in reception, hospitality, or office support—especially in a corporate or legal setting—is a plus.
