Oversee conference room reservations and ensure meeting spaces are clean, well-stocked, and ready to go.
Hospitality & Office Support
Assist with coordinating office catering and lunches—placing orders, setting up, and handling cleanup.
Keep shared areas like the kitchen, lounge, and wellness room organized and stocked with snacks and supplies.
Help plan and support internal events, including celebrations, town halls, and firm-wide meetings.
Administrative Support
Provide light administrative assistance to internal teams, including scheduling help, document organization, and internal communications.

Provide light support for print and binding needs; assist with basic troubleshooting on office equipment.

A friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
A service-oriented attitude and comfort supporting a wide variety of tasks.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
