6 month contract role. Option to extend or convert to FTE. Hybrid work, Fenton, MO. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or Chemistry. This role requires someone with Food Science or Chemistry background. This is NOT a business intelligence, data science or information technology role.

Position Overview: The R&D Data Coordinator will support the implementation of a new Specification Management System, ensuring accurate data entry for ingredients, formulations, processing, packaging, and finished goods. This role is essential for streamlining specification management and maintaining data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, interpret, and enter product (75%) and packaging (25%) data into the system
• Organize and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with R&D to assemble and input formulation details
• Review entries, perform necessary revisions, and test specification outputs
• Secure required approvals following corporate procedures
• Support additional R&D tasks and projects as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in data entry and verification
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective time management and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Chemistry
