Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of industrial assets within a growing commercial real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of the operational and financial demands unique to industrial real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and tenant relations across a portfolio of industrial properties.
• Manage vendor contracts, building inspections, preventative maintenance schedules, and capital improvement projects.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor property budgets, financial reports, and CAM reconciliations.
• Ensure timely resolution of tenant requests and enforcement of lease obligations to maintain strong tenant satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial property management, with direct experience managing industrial assets preferred.
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of lease administration, operating expense reconciliations, and facilities management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple properties, vendors, and stakeholders with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
