What You’ll Do:

  • Plan & Coordinate Promotional Events: Take charge of organizing and executing promotional events in diverse venues such as retail stores, sporting events, tradeshows, and other public-facing spaces. From logistics to branding, you’ll make sure every event runs smoothly and represents our clients perfectly.
  • Drive Engagement & Brand Representation: You’ll interact with attendees, building strong connections and creating excitement about our clients’ products or services. Your goal is to elevate brand presence and ensure an engaging, impactful experience for customers.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work alongside colleagues to brainstorm and develop creative promotional strategies that stand out and resonate with the target audience. Each event will be an opportunity to come up with new ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage Event Logistics: Handle all aspects of event coordination, including venue setup, staffing, promotional material distribution, and ensuring compliance with event requirements. You’ll ensure every detail is in place for a seamless event.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, keeping them updated on event progress, gathering feedback, and ensuring that their objectives are met.
  • Exceed Event Goals: Set clear goals for each event, focusing on engagement, customer experience, and measurable outcomes. You’ll work hard to surpass those goals, driving positive results for both our clients and your team.
