Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in overseeing and leading the successful implementation of a variety of projects for our clients. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects with varying complexity, budgets, and timelines. Your expertise in project management will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design and development, and actively participate in every stage of the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, assets, and project organization, using your project management software skills to maintain clear communication and ensure all deliverables are achieved.

100% Remote - Open to candidates based in the United States

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple large-scale product and consulting projects simultaneously, with a proven ability to deliver successful outcomes.
Use project management software to track schedules, timelines, and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and assets, ensuring that requirements and deadlines are clearly communicated, understood, and met.
Develop a strong understanding of web design, communication, marketing, and enrollment technologies to guide project development.
Collaborate with clients to translate their objectives into clear project goals, working closely with design and development teams to achieve them.

Qualifications & Skills:

At least 3 years of experience in project management or leading project teams, with a track record of success.
Project management certification(s) is a plus.
Proven experience in managing projects of varying complexity, budgets, and time constraints across multiple software systems, from start to finish.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
Experience working in a collaborative, matrixed environment to leverage team resources effectively for maximum project efficiency.
A strong understanding of website analytics and optimization strategies.
