Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee land development projects. This role involves managing project scope, financials, team coordination, and client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully executing projects while developing staff and enhancing project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams, including producing documents, client management, and financial oversight.
  • Develop and mentor team members, identify obstacles, and increase team effectiveness.
  • Negotiate contracts, define project scope, and make critical decisions to ensure project success.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and with exceptional client service.
  • Delegate tasks and provide clear direction to team members, managing deadlines and expectations.

Qualifications:

  • BS in Engineering.
  • 7+ years of experience in land development or civil engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver profitable, client-focused projects.
