Production Manager

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

Salary: $80,000/year

Our client is seeking an experienced Production Manager to join the team located in Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing and a proven ability to oversee production processes that run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while meeting high-quality standards. This role requires leadership skills and a proactive approach to ensuring project efficiency and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Supervise and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges promptly and monitor progress.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or requests.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, costs, and materials.
• Oversee inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Promote and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in commercial roofing (required).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in commercial roofing.
• Proficiency with project management tools is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
