Product Marketing Manager

San Jose, CA

This role is pivotal in driving the success of our new product. The Product Marketing Manager will be the driving force behind our go-to-market strategy and will play a key role in shaping the product's positioning, messaging, and launch. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the consumer electronics market and consumer trends, technology adoption and omnichannel distribution, a passion for wearable technology, and a proven track record of successful product launches.

*This role is fully onsite in San Jose, CA.*

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy, including market research, target audience identification, competitive analysis, and product positioning
• Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates our product from competitors
• Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, PR, etc.) to ensure a successful launch and align strategy
• Develop sales enablement materials and tools to equip the sales team with the knowledge and resources they need to effectively sell the product. Develop demo experiences, influencer seeding programs and interactive setups to drive engagement
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product strategy and marketing initiatives
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand user needs and preferences and to drive product improvements and marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in GTM, product marketing within the consumer electronics industry
• Deep understanding of the consumer electronics market and wearable technology trends
• Proven track record of successful product launches
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: $175,000 to $200,000
