Candidates must have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience practicing law, with a minimum of 3 years in estate and trust administration. In addition to strong legal acumen, the ideal candidate will have proven leadership and management skills to oversee paralegals across multiple locations. You will primarily work from our Fort Mill office but may on occasion work from our Charlotte (Ballantyne) location. After six (6) months of proven performance, this position may transition to a hybrid schedule (in office and work from home). Additionally, you will be actively engaged in networking groups and participating in seminars and events. Please note that this may require occasional evening and weekend commitments.
