Principal - Permanent - Remote within US

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Principal to lead multiple high-impact engagements, providing strategic direction and ensuring exceptional results.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will build trusted relationships, drive business growth, and contribute to the firm's success through mentorship and internal initiatives.

Skills & Requirements:

• 7+ years of consulting/business management experience
• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
• Expertise in Program Management, Organizational Strategy, or Digital Transformation.

The Principal's responsibilities will be:

• Client Engagement: Direct and manage projects from inception to completion, delivering impactful solutions.
• Strategic Vision: Craft and refine strategies that align with client objectives and industry trends.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytical insights to diagnose challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Stakeholder Relations : Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
• Effective Communication: Convey complex ideas in a clear and persuasive manner tailored to diverse audiences.
• Team Development: Guide and support teams to ensure seamless execution and professional growth.
• Business Expansion: Identify and pursue new opportunities to enhance client engagement and drive revenue.
• Flexibility & Initiative: Navigate shifting priorities with agility, proactively addressing challenges.
• Continuous Learning: Foster a culture of ongoing improvement by embracing and providing constructive feedback.

Additional Information:

• Travel up to 80% based on client needs
• US work authorization and fluency in English required.
