Schedule/Time off:
Beginning Feb 2026:
80 hours per two weeks – Panama schedule with every other Fri/Sat/Sun off
Earned Time Off:

Lateral hires: up to 80 hrs upon hire

Step C: Completion of probation $34.83
Step D: Completion of 2 years $35.87
Step E: Completion of 4 years $36.96

Step G: Completion of 8 years $38.45
Step H: Completion of 10 years (Lateral Cap) $39.19
Longevity: 15 years from date of hire 1%
