Location: Littleton, CO 80120
Contract: 3+months
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21-$23.22/HR
Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist II to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection at our New West Littleton site in Littleton, CO.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform high-quality blood draws on patients — primarily geriatric, with minimal pediatric
• Train on senior-level phlebotomy tasks, including hard sticks
• Process specimens and maintain proper labeling and data entry
• Uphold a clean, professional, and safe working environment
• Collaborate within a 2-person team, but expected to work independently most of the time
• Handle approximately 40–50 draws daily between two technicians
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience required
• Comfortable working independently and handling senior/hard sticks
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift
• Computer and data entry skills required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Required vaccinations: TB, Hepatitis B (may decline), color vision screening required
• Training will be conducted during the first week at the Swedish PSC location
This is a contract position (3 months) with potential to extend or convert to a permanent role depending on performance and business needs.
