Job Description

Provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing complex calendars, arranging travel, handling communications, prioritizing inquiries, preparing documents, and overseeing various office tasks, essentially acting as a key point of contact and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's day-to-day activities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism; often requiring strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. This role is a combination of a Personal Assistant and an Executive Assistant, so the candidate needs to be a team-player who is willing to adapt and assist in all departments.
