Job Description

Renowned Cavalier King Charles Spaniel breeder seeks a Personal Assistant to handle personal itineraries and pressing matters with the highest degree of discretion and urgency.

Responsibilities:

• Make transportation arrangements for Primary, clients, and guests to attend dog shows, meetings, dinners, and various other functions.
• Handle all personal expenses associated with the maintenance of the dogs and the staff; and relate all business matters to her money management firm.
• Respond and transcribe all emails, memos, and letters, of a personal or business matter.
• Keep calendars up to date, show & personal
• Hire staff and maintain staff payroll
• Draw up written contracts for those purchasing a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy/dog and confirm all necessary documentation is provided to the client.
• Order provisions for the dogs and the residences, office supplies, and assorted other items requested.
• Keep show results & dog photographs in respective books
• An assistant who can react 24/7 if necessary, especially on weekends.
• Help with “country home” and kennel and all that is entailed
• Take Dictation
• Keep website up to date.

Qualifications:

• MUST love dogs
• A minimum of five years of experience as a Personal Assistant
• Valid driver’s license
