Job Description

CSP has partnered with a private client to hire a once-in-a-career opportunity for a master multitasker.

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and emotionally intelligent Personal & Executive Assistant to support a high-performing Principal juggling multiple high-level roles across professional and personal domains. This is not your average assistant job—it’s a fast-paced, all-access pass to a high-impact life where you'll be the right hand, go-to fixer, and behind-the-scenes orchestrator.

You’ll manage everything from complex scheduling and personal errands to household operations, travel planning, and confidential communications—all while anticipating needs before they arise. The ideal candidate is resourceful, tech-savvy, detail-obsessed, and thrives in ever-changing environments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the Principal’s day-to-day—calendars, calls, tasks, and logistics
  • Manage personal care needs, family schedules, and wellness coordination
  • Book and prep for high-level travel—domestic, international, and spontaneous
  • Oversee household operations, domestic staff, and maintenance projects
  • Plan events, coordinate social engagements, and handle RSVPs
  • Tackle personal shopping, meal planning, and thoughtful gift selection
  • Handle financial tasks like budgeting, bill pay, and expense tracking
  • Take on special projects, manage inboxes, streamline operations
  • Be a calm, reliable force in high-pressure, on-the-go moments
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and organization

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years in a similar high-touch role (Executive Assistant, Estate Manager, etc.)
  • Proven experience managing multiple calendars, inboxes, and properties
  • Tech-savvy with tools like Microsoft Office, Asana, Airtable, etc.
  • Emotionally intelligent, polished, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
  • Able to thrive in a fluid schedule, including nights, weekends, and travel
  • Valid driver's license & passport required

The Extras:

  • Competitive salary + performance bonus
  • Health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and professional development
  • High trust, high autonomy, and the chance to truly make an impact

This is a role for someone who lives to bring order to chaos and finds joy in making someone else’s world run seamlessly. If you’re the kind of person who sees a need and fills it before anyone notices—it’s time to apply.
