POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant/Driver to support our team in daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing office tasks, personal tasks and being a driver for the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent, associate degree preferred
5 plus years in an Administrative/ Personal Assistant role
Proficiency in Microsoft office
Must have strong organizational and time management skills
Proven problem solver in thinking outside of the box
Must have a good proven driving record
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work is typically performed indoors and outdoors. Sitting, standing, walking, and lifting daily.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs.
