What You’ll Do:

As a Sales Team Member at Samurai Roofing Services, you’ll be a key player in growing our residential and commercial roofing and gutter services across Nassau Bay and Houston. If you're a self-driven sales pro with a hunger to earn big, this is your chance!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting: Generate leads for property inspections, replacements, installations, and referrals in the Nassau Bay and Houston areas.
• Sales Support: Conduct free property damage inspections and offer thorough assessments.
• Lead Management: Handle company-generated and self-sourced leads professionally, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Client Communication: Build strong relationships with property owners, guiding them from initial contact through project completion.
• Tech Savvy: Utilize field technology tools to track sales activities, document damage, create estimates, and close deals.
• Team Collaboration: Work with a team that care about your success.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of satisfaction with every project to generate repeat business and referrals.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Exceed prospecting and sales goals set by the Sales Manager.
• Actively generate new business through leads, referrals, and self-prospecting.
• Perform property inspections, document findings, and assist with insurance claims.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients through calls, emails, and texts.
• Collect customer payments and work with internal teams on project completion.

• Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is necessary to succeed in this role.
• Goal-Oriented: Understanding sales KPIs and striving to meet targets.

• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and digital tools is preferred.

Physical Demands:

• Regular activities include walking, climbing ladders, and performing roof inspections.
