Role Description

This is a contract remote role for an Operations Manager / Account Manager. The Operations Manager / Account Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage client accounts, and ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring project progress, addressing issues promptly, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves financial oversight, reporting, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth coordination across finance, legal, compliance, HR, and administrative functions.
• Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for investors, managing the investor portal, onboarding processes, and ongoing account communications.
• Coordinate with internal finance teams and external accountants to ensure timely, accurate financial tracking and reporting, without owning direct compliance filings.
• Manage and optimize company systems, tools, and data integrity, ensuring accurate record-keeping and streamlined workflows.
• Support cross-functional projects, aligning timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet strategic goals.
• Liaise with vendors, partners, and consultants, overseeing contracts, renewals, and service delivery.
• Provide leadership support on special initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and operational excellence.
