Corporate Resources, on behalf of our client located in Mount Prospect, IL is hiring 2 Operations Assistants.

Operations Assistant (2 Openings) – Mount Prospect, IL

$45,000 - $52,000/Annually (Full health benefits, vision, dental, PTO, 401k)

Position Overview:

We’re seeking two Operations Assistants to support daily business functions and ensure the smooth coordination of logistics, inventory, and interdepartmental tasks. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records through detailed data entry and adherence to internal systems.
  • Communicate with clients and accounts regarding inventory, shipping timelines, and outstanding invoices.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and packing slips.
  • Process incoming deliveries and verify inventory against packing slips.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, sorting paperwork, and document distribution.
  • Work cross functionally with Customer Service, Sales, and Accounting, to problem solve discrepancies.
  • Provide operational support wherever needed to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous office experience is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to new software quickly
