Job Description

About the Role:

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join a great team in Columbia, SC. This is a dynamic, multi-tasking role that involves handling office communications, onboarding new team members, supporting payroll and financial reporting, and ensuring operational compliance.

*Must have QuickBooks experience*

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee onboarding, records, and shared calendars
  • Process payroll and benefits reporting (1st & 15th)
  • Coordinate compliance reports and respond to security alerts
  • Oversee office communications, scheduling, and supply management
  • Support bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and financial reporting via QuickBooks
  • Track spending on projects and advertising initiatives
  • Assist with audits, insurance renewals, and operational updates
  • Provide backup support for commissions and customer service when needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
  • Experience in office administration, payroll, and compliance preferred
