Job Description

Salary: $80,000 p.a. - $100,000 p.a.

Start: ASAP

Tiger Recruitment is working with a warm, thoughtful family seeking a full-time nanny to provide loving, educational, and structured care for two young children. The ideal candidate is nurturing, proactive, and passionate about early childhood development. You must be highly organized and travel ready. This position is based in Austin, Texas but you will also be spending a lot of time in Montana.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-time care for a toddler and infant
  • Establish and maintain routines for naps, meals, and potty training
  • Engage in stimulating play: music, books, sensory activities, creative play
  • Encourage social-emotional growth, language development, and independence
  • Support English language development
  • Occasionally prepare nutritious meals/snacks for the children
  • Handle child laundry, seasonal wardrobe rotation, and room organization
  • Collaborate with household staff
  • Pack/unpack and prepare thoroughly for family travel and outings

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of full-time nanny experience
  • Previous experience working with a UHNWF
  • Current CPR & First Aid certifications (or willing to renew)
  • Up to date on vaccinations (COVID, flu, TDAP)
  • Clear background check and driving record
  • Fluent in English; Spanish (or another language) is a plus
