We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, driving sales, enhancing brand visibility, and spreading holiday cheer!

Job Summary:

As our Marketing Manager, you will spearhead marketing initiatives across both our retail stores and online platforms, focusing on our festive range of Christmas decorations. We are seeking a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in both brick and mortar retail and e-commerce marketing, coupled with a deep passion for the holiday season. Your role will involve developing and executing creative marketing strategies to drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and create magical experiences for our customers during the festive season.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to retail stores and online platforms, showcasing our range of Christmas decorations.

- Collaborate with the product team to curate seasonal product assortments and identify key promotional opportunities while maintaining profitability.

- Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and traditional advertising.

- Create engaging content such as product videos, blog posts, gift guides, and social media posts to drive customer engagement and conversion.

- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.

- Ensure consistent brand messaging, visual merchandising standards, and promotional activities across all retail locations.

- Develop seasonal promotions, sales events, and loyalty programs to drive foot traffic and incentivize repeat purchases.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenditures to ensure alignment with financial targets.

- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders including vendors, suppliers, media partners, and influencers to amplify brand reach.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing management roles, preferably in retail and e-commerce.

- Passion for the holiday season and a deep understanding of Christmas decorations trends and consumer behavior.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive sales growth and brand awareness.

- Strong creative and analytical skills with proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Experience managing seasonal campaigns and promotions to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
