About the Role

As our Communications and Marketing Specialist , you’ll be the voice of ANS Geo, shaping our brand, connecting with clients, and sharing our story with the world. You’ll lead our branding, marketing, and communication efforts—crafting a narrative that showcases who we are and the impact we make.

What You’ll Do

• Be a Storyteller: Create and manage captivating content across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and more, making our brand shine and accentuating our culture.
• Drive Brand Growth: Partner with external marketing experts to refresh our website and visual resources, ensuring our messaging reflects our values and ambitions.
• Build Relationships: Collaborate with our Client Relations Manager to strengthen client connections and attend industry conferences to showcase ANS Geo’s expertise.
• Showcase Wins: Highlight our team’s successes and make us the talk of the industry through awards, press releases, and thought leadership content.
• Collaborate: Work with technical teams to turn real-world project experiences into compelling marketing initiatives.
• Innovate: Use data insights to create strategies, drive campaigns, and report on key performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or communications (experience in A/E/C fields a plus).
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• A creative thinker who’s knowledgeable with data-driven decision-making.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable multitasking.
• Bonus points for experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, InDesign, or CRM platforms!
