The Short Scoop: Join my client’s team to lead critical initiatives that protect employees and the environment across multiple manufacturing facilities. In this role, you’ll directly influence safety behaviors, ensure legal compliance, and drive continuous improvement in environmental health and safety systems. Location: Based at the Milwaukee, WI plant, with occasional travel to the Illinois and Indiana locations.

Status: Full-time on-site

Competitive salary: $85,000 - $100,000 a year

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading safety improvement efforts and driving initiatives to enhance environmental performance.
  • Conducting and coordinating comprehensive safety training and emergency drills.
  • Maintaining compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and reporting as needed.
  • Coordinating external audits and inspections, ensuring all findings are addressed.
  • Developing and reviewing safety procedures and risk assessments.

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex safety protocols in an understandable way.
  • Experience in managing EHS programs across multiple sites.
  • Expertise in regulatory compliance and incident investigation.
  • Must be able to implement and enforce compliance.
  • Proficient in developing safety documentation and risk assessments.
  • OSHA experience. Certification preferred.
