Job Description

As a mid-level associate, you’ll advise growth-stage companies, creative brands, and institutional investors across private equity, venture capital, and M&A transactions—gaining true ownership over your matters in a deal team that blends sophistication with sustainability.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–4 years of law firm experience in corporate transactions
  • Strong exposure to private equity, M&A, venture capital, or joint ventures
  • Confident communicator with strong drafting skills and commercial instincts
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects across offices
  • Admitted to practice in New York

Compensation

  • Base Salary Range: $235,000–$260,000
  • Bonus Eligibility: Based on performance
  • Work Structure: 3 days in-office per week, including Wednesdays
