Role Description:

• The Retail Concierge at Hamra provides an exceptional experience for every client while maintaining a premium showroom environment.
• You will serve as the initial representation of the company, greeting clients upon arrival and ensuring the best possible experience in our showrooms.
• You will balance multiple interactions with attention and care while sharing in some of the happiest moments of our clients’ lives.
• A 5-day schedule that includes Saturdays between the hours of 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Assist sales staff with various tasks such as ringing up sales and sourcing product
• Assist service staff with tasks such as typing up tickets, delivering jewelry and evaluating jewelry repairs and cleanings.
• Assist staff with logistics, quality control and various other projects in the showroom and back of house.
