Start Date: January 1, 2026

Duration: 1 year with possible extension

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday, 40 hours/ week

Mobilization: Personal vehicle

About the Role:

Intuitive Safety Solutions (ISS) is seeking an experienced Project Safety Advisor to support a data center construction project in Reno, NV. This role involves overseeing safety compliance across two active sites within the same project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily safety observations and ensure compliance with site safety standards.
• Participate in Go/No-Go activities and weekly meetings.
• Monitor project schedules and identify potential safety risks.
• Observe and report hazards, ensuring alignment with General Contractor (GC) safety protocols.
• Collaborate with multiple trades, including mechanical, electrical, boilermakers, welders, and crane operators.

Requirements:

• OSHA 30 certification (mandatory).
• 7+ years of safety experience preferred; candidates with data center experience will be considered even if below 7 years.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and hazard identification.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
