Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Line Cook at Pearl & Horn located in Pensacola, FL. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, following recipes, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills, Food Preparation, and Cooking techniques
• Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team player with good communication skills
• Experience working in a restaurant or kitchen setting
• Ability to follow recipes accurately
• Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend shifts
• Valid Food Handlers Certificate required within 30 days of hire date
