Flavor Catering is Nashville’s premier full service catering company for weddings, music industry, social, and corporate events. After 17 years of catering experience, Flavor is well known throughout Middle Tennessee. We have a broad client base and provide a unique and tailored experience at each event. Our focus is making small events special and large events simple. Our company has a strong and diverse management team with multiple years of experience.

We are seeking a Kitchen Manager who thrives in a fast paced environment. While adopting our four core values – kind, always willing, does the right thing, and hard working, our Kitchen Manager will foster the company culture while working with our culinary team. This key member of the leadership team has the ability to elevate our guest experience while fine-tuning culinary techniques, maintaining Flavor standards, and creating growth within our team both at events and in the Flavor kitchen.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide overall support and leadership to kitchen team
  • Standard kitchen manager duties, including oversight and training
  • Ensure a high quality food product is presented daily
  • Maintain HACCP standards and practices, time and temperature logs
  • Maintain Health Department standards
  • Maintains strict guidance over food production
  • Manages the organization of the kitchen
  • Experience in all areas of food production. Meat, prep, hot line.
  • Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) a plus!
