  • Home Siding: Innovative siding solutions that enhance both function and design
  • Soft Metals: Skilled craftsmanship in soft metalwork for enhanced exterior performance

In addition to our core services, we excel in navigating the complexities of insurance claims for homeowners, particularly those affected by hail and wind damage. Our dedicated team ensures a seamless process, providing peace of mind during challenging times.

Everest Exteriors is growing quickly, with annual revenues exceeding $10 million. We are driven by a commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and integrity. Our vision is to establish Everest Exteriors as one of the leading restoration companies in the region, setting new standards in excellence and service.

About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative (Customer Experience + Sales Support), you will be the operational backbone of our customer communication and follow-up process—turning leads into scheduled inspections, keeping homeowners informed, and ensuring key documents and milestones get completed on time. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, persistent with follow-up, strong on the phone/text/email, and calm under pressure. You will work closely with our Outside Sales Representatives and production team to keep jobs moving and customers confident.

Key areas you will own include:

  • appointment setting
  • sending inspection/damage reports
  • estimate packaging
  • pre-build communication
  • COC/DocuSign completion
  • final payment coordination
  • review follow-up cadence

Work Location: Mainly remote. Some in office meetings necessary

Schedule: Full-time (details provided during interview)

Responsibilities

  • Set up initial inspections/appointments for office leads (qualify → schedule → confirm → reminders to maximize show rate)
  • Send templated inspection/damage reports to homeowners via text or email after inspections
  • Package and send estimate templates clearly and professionally (homeowner-friendly and on-brand)
  • Proactively communicate key timeline updates, including:
  • Build schedule
  • Material delivery timing
  • Reinforce our expectation-setting script so customers know what to expect
  • Track and obtain the Certificate of Completion (COC) promptly once a job is complete; send e-signature link if needed
  • Follow up with homeowners to confirm whether the final check has been received; coordinate a time for the Outside Rep to pick up payment if necessary
  • Drive our reputation process by getting homeowners to leave a review and owning the follow-up cadence: same-day, +3 days, +10 days
  • Maintain clean internal notes and status updates so the sales and production teams always know “what’s next” (CRM/tools training provided)

Qualifications

  • Customer Communication: Confident and professional in phone calls, texts, and emails; comfortable guiding homeowners through next steps
  • Follow-Up Discipline: You do not let things sit—documents get signed, questions get answered, and customers get updated without being chased
  • Organization: Strong task management and prioritization in a fast-moving environment
  • Tech Comfort: Able to learn and use CRM systems, email/text tools, and e-sign platforms
  • Experience Preferred: Inside sales, appointment setting, customer service, scheduling/dispatch, or home services office experience
  • Team Coordination: Able to work tightly with Outside Sales and Production to keep jobs progressing smoothly

Pay range and compensation package

  • Starting Pay: $45,000 base salary
  • Commission: 0.5% of eligible sales
  • Performance Bonuses: Including a bonus tied to generating customer reviews (internal performance metric)
  • Additional Perks/Benefits: Annual performance bonuses, all-inclusive 5-day company vacation, and health benefits (details available)

Note: Review requests must be handled ethically and in compliance with platform policies—no offering customers incentives in exchange for reviews.

Equal Opportunity Statement

Everest Exteriors is committed to diversity and inclusivity.
