We seek an experienced Industrial Cooling Tower Sales to join our Los Angeles, CA team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in commercial mechanical construction by delivering customized cooling tower solutions to industrial and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Build lasting relationships with clients, understanding their cooling tower service, maintenance, and system upgrade needs.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals for cooling tower solutions, including preventive maintenance programs, repair strategies, and system enhancements.
  • Conduct on-site assessments of cooling tower systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve reliability and energy efficiency.
  • Partner with operations and technical staff to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and staying informed of market trends and innovations.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of proven success in sales within the cooling tower, HVAC, or mechanical services industry, with a strong focus on industrial and commercial applications.
  • Comprehensive understanding of cooling tower systems, HVAC maintenance best practices, and relevant industry standards.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused approach to problem-solving and presentation.
  • Familiarity with Los Angeles' industrial and commercial markets, including knowledge of local building and mechanical codes.
  • A stable and local work history demonstrating long-term commitment and consistent achievements.

Preferred Skills

  • Expertise in business development, account management, and lead generation within the HVAC or mechanical construction sectors.
  • Strong understanding of local building and mechanical regulations to support compliance-driven recommendations.
  • Ability to multitask effectively under pressure in a dynamic sales environment.
