Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Dispatcher at All Weather Heating & Cooling, Inc. located in Westlake, OH. The HVAC Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling HVAC service calls, dispatching technicians to job sites, and communicating with customers to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in customer service or dispatching roles
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology
• Proficiency in computer software applications
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
