Job Description

Job Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the HR department by managing various administrative tasks and facilitating HR processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, and forwarding resumes to Department Managers.
  • Do pre-screening of all applicants, including background checks, drug tests, etc.
  • Prepare new hire paperwork and meet with them to complete. Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain employee physical files.
  • Enter and maintain employee records in Netchex. This includes checking payroll time and making necessary corrections
  • Ensure compliance with FMLA regulations and other employment laws.
Experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively is a must.
  • Previous experience in an HR role is preferred, with familiarity in recruiting processes and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in using ATS software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Netchex payroll system. is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
