Job Title: HR Coordinator (Bilingual - Temp to Hire)

Location: Commerce, CA (Fully Onsite, Monday-Friday)

Pay Rate: $25-$26/hour

Type: Temporary to Hire
A growing manufacturing company in the Hayward area is looking for a Bilingual HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR functions. This is a fully onsite role with the potential to convert to a permanent position.
Fluency in Spanish is required , and prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records and update HR systems
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
• Track time and attendance
• Assist with benefits intake and compliance tasks
• Respond to employee questions in both English and Spanish
• Create and manage basic HR reports in Excel (pivot tables)
  

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of HR support experience
• Bilingual in Spanish - required
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables required)
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (UKG Pro a plus)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
