Job Description

Our client, a rapidly growing organization in the biotechnology sector, is seeking a motivated and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP). As a HRBP, you will play a key supporting role in executing HR strategies, promoting employee engagement, and ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the Director of Talent Acquisition in executing HR strategies aligned with business needs.
2. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
3. Help manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
4. Provide administrative support in performance management and employee development initiatives.
5. Coordinate employee engagement activities and assist with addressing employee relations issues.
6. Assist with maintaining HR data, generating reports, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
7. Support the organization of training and development programs for employees.
8. Act as a point of contact for general HR inquiries and assist with day-to-day HR functions.
9. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in HR or a similar role (internships or relevant experience also considered).
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
4. Basic understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
5. Ability to handle confidential information and demonstrate a high level of integrity.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR software is a plus.
7. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
8. Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR function.
