MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING: Equivalent to graduation from high school. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION AND /OR TRAINING: College units business or related field and/or secretarial training. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years clerical experience. DESIREABLE EXPERIENCE: Experience with student database programs. PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENT (At Employee Cost): - TB Clearance - Fingerprinting

PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO INTERNAL CANDIDATES. Typing Certificate Requirements: 1. Five (5) minute typing test. 2. Certificate must contain all of the following: Name of person tested Gross words per minute Net words per minute Number of actual errors (not percentage) Name of testing agency Date of test Verifier's signature Typing certificates obtained online will not be accepted. Acceptable testing centers are College/University Test Centers, Employment Agencies, and Manteca Adult School.
