Job Title: Account Manager – Life Sciences

Location: New York, NY

Salary Range: $110,000 - 115, 000 (Negotiable) + uncapped commission + equity

Are you passionate about building relationships, driving client success, and working in a dynamic environment within the life sciences sector? We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing key client accounts across the United States and Europe.

About the Role

As an Account Manager , you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing Client Relationships: Building and nurturing long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in management consulting and institutional investment firms.
• Driving Account Success: Developing and executing tailored account strategies to maximize client retention, satisfaction, and growth.
• Identifying Growth Opportunities: Collaborating with internal teams to identify and implement upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensuring Client Satisfaction: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs proactively, and delivering exceptional service.
• Analyzing & Reporting: Monitoring account performance, analyzing key metrics, and using insights to enhance strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (business, healthcare, or a related field preferred).
• Experience: 3+ years of sales or account management experience, ideally in the healthcare or life sciences sector.
• Skills:
• Strong relationship management and client-focused mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to analyze account data to drive decisions.
• Ability to collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
