An established and highly respected precision manufacturing company is looking for a dynamic General Manager to step into a key leadership role. This is a unique opportunity to take the reins of a high-performing team and lead both day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.

What You'll Own:

• Full P&L and operational leadership across a growing team of ~35
• Direct oversight of both shop floor and office operations — this role is as hands-on as it is strategic
• Lead annual business planning and drive performance metrics aligned to company goals
• Serve as a visible, approachable leader across all levels of the organization
• Maintain and enhance quality systems and ensure smooth use of ERP platforms
• Represent the company in customer-facing engagements, building long-term trust and partnerships
• Cultivate a high-performing, accountable team culture that embraces continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role within a machining, job shop, or manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field (MBA strongly preferred)
• Someone equally comfortable on the production floor and in the boardroom
• Deep familiarity with Quality Management Systems and ERP tools
• Proven success leading and mentoring diverse teams
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• A modern leadership approach — someone with a sharp business mind and solid technical chops
