About the Role:

We’re partnering with a high-growth recruitment firm that has built a strong presence in the ERP and cloud tech space — particularly within the NetSuite ecosystem. With a proven track record of doubling both revenue and headcount year over year, they’re hiring a Principal Recruitment Consultant to support continued expansion within this niche.

This is a true full-desk opportunity, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments — especially those familiar with the contract side of the business, where speed, urgency, and responsiveness are key. You'll have full ownership of your desk, working across both client development and candidate delivery, with the backing of a collaborative and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage your own client portfolio within the ERP/NetSuite space
  • Identify, engage, and represent qualified professionals in the contract market
  • Interview, qualify, prepare, and present candidates for active roles
  • Lead the hiring process through to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Offer long-term career guidance and market insight to candidates
  • Contribute to the continued growth of the division
  • Support and mentor newer consultants as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client growth
  • Experience working in fast-moving contract recruitment environments
  • Strong commercial instincts and a proactive, organized approach
  • Resilient and goal-driven with strong follow-through
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
  • Passion for recruiting and relationship-building in a high-energy market
