Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights
• Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
• Identify areas for cost reduction and implement measures to achieve goals
• Prepare and review financial statements and ensure compliance with regulations
• Lead and support team members, facilitate collaboration, and resolve conflicts
• Evaluate project feasibility and financial viability
• Manage detailed project budgets and track expenditures
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and fixed assets
• Provide guidance and direction to cross-functional teams

Required Skills and Education:

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance with 7+ years of experience or Advanced Degree with 5+ years of experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, ERP, BI)
• Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
