Job Description

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial modeling, preparing financial statements, and developing detailed pro forma models to support strategic initiatives and business development efforts. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance advanced financial models to support business planning and forecasting.
  • Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Build and manage detailed pro forma models for new business opportunities, investments, and strategic planning.
  • Analyze financial performance and variances, providing strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor industry trends and financial regulations to ensure compliance and strategic positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance or financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
  • Proven expertise in advanced financial modeling , including sensitivity analysis and scenario planning.
  • Strong proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements and pro forma modeling .
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial software/tools (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
